To enable networking on Windows, type “ncpa.cpl” into the Run window or command prompt, and press Enter. This will open the Network Connections window. In the Network Connections window, select the network adapter you want to enable, and then click the Properties button. On the Properties window for the selected network adapter, select the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) tab.
